St Alban’s CE Primary School Enjoys an Action-Packed WOW Fencing Day

We brought our WOW Fencing Experience Day to St Alban’s CE Primary School, giving pupils the opportunity to experience the excitement of this unique Olympic and Paralympic sport.

Our We Are Forging Futures WOW Fencing Experience Days are a brilliant way to introduce fencing to an entire school in just one day. The day gives children of all ages and abilities the chance to develop new skills, build confidence, and enjoy trying something completely different.

The response from St Alban’s was overwhelmingly positive, with staff commenting:

“It went incredibly well – the children were so engaged and are now asking for an after school club.”

The enthusiasm continued beyond the sessions, with the school adding:

“We will definitely ask to return next year!”

They also praised the delivery of the day, saying:

“Tony was great too and tried to ensure all children were participating.”

It’s fantastic to see so many pupils inspired to continue their fencing journey after just one day!

WOW Days are all about introducing schools and students to a sport that many children would otherwise never have the opportunity to try.
